Shipping Policy
At Silken Well, we aim to deliver your skincare essentials—Face Wash, Shower Gel, Moisturizer, and hand and foot cream—quickly, safely, and with care. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Standard Delivery
- Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days once placed.
- Delivery time may be extended due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather or natural disasters
- Political or security situations
- High seasonal order volumes
We always strive to ensure your package reaches you as early as possible.
Express Delivery (Urgent Orders)
If you need your Silken Well products urgently:

Full advance payment (order amount + delivery) is required via bank transfer.
Express deliveries are non-COD. - An additional Rs. 400 express fee applies (subject to courier rate changes).
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 days, depending on courier conditions and external factors.
Repeat Refusals or Cancellations
To protect our brand and prevent courier misuse:
Customers must pay the full amount in advance for future orders (non-COD) if they have:
- Cancelled a dispatched order
- Refused to accept an order at delivery
- Claimed “undelivered” orders more than once without a valid reason
The next shipment will be sent only after full online payment.
Return Shipping & Re-Shipping
Shipping charges depend on the reason for return or exchange:
Silken Well Will Cover the Shipping Cost If:
- The product received is damaged, leaked, or wrong.
Customer Will Cover the Shipping Cost If:
- There is a change of mind (wanting to exchange or return without a product issue).
- Items must be sent back safely, and re-shipping charges apply for sending replacements.
Important Notes
- Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays are not considered working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- All shipments are sent through trusted courier companies, and a tracking ID will be provided.
