Silken Well has a No Refund Policy except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or causes an issue. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any problem so we can resolve it promptly.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order through our WhatsApp or Instagram.
You must provide clear video and photo proof showing the damage, defect, or issue with the product.
Important:
For any return or exchange, the item must be in unused, unopened, and original condition to be eligible.

Silken Well Will Bear the Shipping Cost If:

The item is damaged, leaking, defective, or wrong.
Customer Will Bear Shipping Charges If:

The reason is a Change of Mind

Wanting to exchange for personal preference (e.g., scent, texture, color, etc.)
Change of Mind includes dislike of the product, wanting a different product, or any non-defect-related reason.
Refunds
Silken Well offers refunds only for defective or damaged item(s) if the item is not available in stock for exchange.
Refund Process

We will review the proof you provide, or the returned product if needed.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your bank account or wallet within 1–3 business days.

Some banks or wallet services may take additional time to post the refund.
Note: If the damaged/defective item is in stock, an exchange will be issued — not a refund.

Change of Mind or disliking the product is not a valid reason for a refund.
